About Yianni Johns (BA Fine Art & Master of Arts Writing)

I have been an Artist for many decades and love every moment of the process. With over 80 exhibitions including Solos and group shows. I exhibited my paintings in Montreal Canada, Chelsea in New York and Beijing China. My Art was projected on the giant electronic billboards in Times Square New York in 2012 and 2014. I was arts reporter for ABC Radio Central Coast for 9 years between 2004 and 2013. I was awarded an Australia Day Award in 2010 for services to "Arts and Culture". I ran four public galleries simultaneously  curating over 30 exhibitions a year 2002 to 2009. I have a BA (Fine Art) from Curtin University. I am presently completing my MA with Swinburne University Melbourne. People have invested in my art from all over the planet. In 2014 I was artist in Residence at the Redgate Facility near the 798 Art District in Beijing, China. I have recently moved to the Riverina to set up a large studio where I can work on many artworks simultaneously.  Drop into the Milliner and The Maker Gallery in Temora to say hi.
